TabTrade — What It Is
TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.
The BlackBull connection is relevant. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is preferable to a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.
Market coverage: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker this new, that range is solid.
The Software
Available: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after using both.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for algo traders but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly coming. That would be a good addition once it is live.
What You Pay
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade requires zero deposit.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not something the average person. Do not worry about it unless you trade institutionally.
Infrastructure
This is the thing TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.
Should you care? If you scalp, absolutely. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. The point is they invested in proper execution. That is what kind of broker this is.
Put together that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and what you get makes sense. Hardly anyone in this bracket offer execution like this.
Safety
Now, the part you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Scam brokers do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. That does not make it safe. It does factor into your decision.
What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal is worth it comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical welcome offer. You put money in, the broker credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before funding.
